Materials research and development requires exact records so that changes in your recipe can be related to product performance. Are CompuDAS Control Systems up to the stringent data measurement needs of R&D?

During development, you will want to monitor and control every variation on temperature, pressure, and timings.  If testing shows flaws or weaknesses, you will alter the recipe and try again. At every step of the way, a CompuDAS Control System will allow you to control compounding variables like temperature, vacuum, and pressure fluctuation.  You will have consistent, reliable data allowing you to focus testing and ongoing R & D cycles on what you really care about.  R&D is costly- you shouldn’t be worried about whether a part failed testing because of its design or the process.  With an integrated CompuDAS Control System, whether for autoclave(s), oven(s), furnace(s), or hydraulic press(es), you know the exact parameters of the manufacture process the first time and every time.

We aren’t normally an R&D shop, but are working on new products, can CompuDAS help?

Yes! A Control System for your shop doesn’t need to be specifically designed for ongoing materials research and development.
