Attention:
Beginning on January 1, 2010 CompuDAS will begin offering Premium Support services. The current Free Support services will continue to be available, however there will be some important changes you should be aware of:
Annual Support
- Phone support is available during regular business hours.
- Email support is available, however we will convert emails to Support Tickets. For optimum response and tracking please create a Support Ticket first.
- Annual Support Tickets will be given priority over non-annual support customers.
- Service Level Ageement (SLA) specific response times are available on a per-contract basis.
Free Support
- Support will be available via our Web Support Ticket system only.
- Support will be provided in a best efforts time frame. While we will endeavor to provide rapid response, Premium Support customers will be given priority. Support will be supplied on a first come, first serve basis.
